.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic .75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground .75 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C) 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
cut squash in half... cook on 400 , cut side up , 45 minutes . Sautee onion, celery , then add spices for 1 min. Add zucchini, mushrooms garlic, quinoa, water .... boil, the reduce heat and cover 15 min. Add pecans and cranberries .... Stuff squash and serve !
