Southern "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup Low-fat Buttermilk1 tbsp honey1/2 tsp each cayenne pepper and salt1/4 tsp black pepper4 - 5 oz skinless boneless chicken breasts1/2 cup flour1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
In a large bowl wisk together buttermilk, honey, cayenne, 1/4 tbs salt, black pepper. Add chicken, trning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 min. Preheat oven to 400F.

Shake off excess marinade. In a large nonstick skillet heat oil. Saute chicken for 2-3 min on each side. Transfer to baking sheet and cook for 10 - 15 min ntil cooked through. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
