Whole wheat pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients
0.87 (7/8) cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp Buttermilk - Powdered (Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend).75 (3/4) cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 1 large organic eggs1 cup water1 tbsp neutral oil1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Beat egg with water and oil. In separate bowl mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to wet, mixing only until combined. Pour ~1/3 cup batter per pancake onto hot greased griddle or frying pan.

Servings: Makes ~8, 4” pancakes
