Black Bean and Butternut Tacos

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1/2 butternut squash, diced small6 taco shells2 cloves garlic, mincedJuice of one lime1 tsp cumin1 tsp cinnamonsalt and pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Heat the beans in a small pot over low heat. Mash slightly with fork. Mix in lime juice and minced garlic.
In a shallow pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add squash and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Add spices and cook another 5 minutes until starting to brown and tender.
Warm taco shells in the oven and then layer squash with beans on top and enjoy! Two tacos per serving.
