Vegan Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, mashed1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar2 tbs molasses2 cups flour3/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir. 40-50 minutes at 350. See referenced cook book for more detailed instructions.
