Ingredients
1 pound 93% Lean ground beef1 can diced Tomatoes, No salt0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup diced Green Bell Pepper4.0 clove Garlic, 1.5 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp paprika 0.5 tsp oreganoSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef on medium-high heat. Sweat onion, bell pepper, & garlic in the same pan until soft. Add tomatoes and spices. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, & cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
