Kat's Greek Salad

Ingredients
5 roma tomatoes (large)1 cucumber, long english1 bell pepper, yellow1 bell pepper, red1 bell pepper, orange1/2 Onion, red (medium)3 servings crumbled feta cheese - Saputo (3cm cube per serving)4 tbsp Olive Oil, extra virgin - Co-op Gold5 tsp oregano leaves, driedjuice of one whole fresh lemon
Directions
Dice vegetables (1-inch pieces). Mix all ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature to allow flavours to blend.
