Muffin tin apple pies

Ingredients
2.75 cup Flour, white.5 cup truvia brown sugar1.0 cup Butter, salted6.0 cup slices Apples, fresh 0.2 cup monkfruit sweetener1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Pre heat oven 425. Make pie dough with 2.5 cups flour, 2 sticks butter, 2 tablespoons sweetener. Pulse in food processor until crumbly, add tablespoons of ice water until perfect dough forms. Chill 30 min. Dice apples and mix with brown sugar, sweetener, .25 cup sweetener and 2 tablespoons flour. Sprinkle lemon juice. Mix. Dive the dough. Roll out and place a round disk in each muffin tin. Fill with apples cover with cute design pie dough top. Bake 16-19 min
