Corn Empanada Dough

Ingredients
Directions
3/4 C flour3/4 C masa harina1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 C water2 tsp butter1 egg white + 1 tsp water for glaze
Mix dry ingredients well. Add water and butter, mix until it forms loose ball. Knead until tight ball forms. Divide into 8 portions, shape into balls, and flatten into 3" circles. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Roll into 5" circles. Fill each individually with 3 tsp chosen filling, covering others so they don't dry out. Close circle over filling, pressing edge with fingers. Place on greased baking sheet and brush with egg white glaze. Pierce top of each with a fork. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
