Venison Stew

Ingredients
8 serving ( 3 oz ) Venison 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 10 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) 0.66 cup Peas, Frozen Petite, Trader Joe's (by AZKILLIE)
Directions
brown venison in a small amount of olive oil, add 8 cups water and vegetable. Bring to a boil and simmer until done. Bring back to a boil and thicken with corn starch if desired.
