Keto Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 serving Coconut OIL - 1 Tablespoon (by TOMSTUMP) 900 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 2 cup Silk coconut milk unsweetened 2 tbsp Curry powder 600 grams Cauliflower, raw
Directions
Boil cauliflower until fork tender. Drain, set aside.
Melt oil over med-high heat and saute chicken until browned.
Reduce heat to simmer and add milk, curry and simmer for 15mins.
Add cauliflower and simmer another 5mins.
Divide to 4 plates
