Stuffed pasta shells

Ingredients
472 grams Veal, ground 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 8 clove Garlic 1 tsp Pepper, black 5 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 18 serving Lancia Jumbo Shells 3.2 cup Pastene Diced tomatoes ready spiced 1 tbsp Italian Spice (by SLIDOG) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1.25 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Dice two onions and chop 4 garlic cloves. Cook in olive oil until tender. Add the an of tomatoes, the italian spices and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In 1tbsp or olive oil, cook the other chopped onions and garlic until tender. Add the ground veal and cook the meat. Add the chopped spinach and cook a few minutes. Add 0.5 cup of the parmesan cheese.

Cook the shells as directed on the package. Rinse under cool water.

Put a little bit of tomato sauce in the bottom of a dish. Stuff the shells with the veal mixture and put in the dish on the top of the tomato sauce. Pour the rest of the sauce on the shells. Add the mozzarella cheese and the rest of the parmesan.

Cook 30 minutes at 350F (covered with aluminum). Remove the aluminum and cook for 10 more minutes. Broil for a few minutes if desired.
