Ingredients
6 oz Boiled Chicken Breast, 1 ounce (by CRIS76) 5 tbsp Hellmans Light Mayonnaise (by SUTINSWEET) 1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
Directions
Poach boneless, skinless chicken breast till reaches temperature of 160. Cool and add to diced celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
