Ingredients
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup Rye flour, light 1.5 tbsp Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 Oz 2% Reduced Fat Milk .25 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
mix dry ingredients, cut in softened butter. Beat eggs well, add milk, buttermilk, and vanilla, mix well. Add egg mixture to the flour and mix well, cook in a hot skillet.
