454 grams Ground beef, lean (1lb)1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, chopped1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped2.5 medium Carrots, chopped3 stalks Celery, chopped 2 Tbsp Bovril Liquid Beef Concentrate (by m) (by MUNECITA) 1 large Jug , V8 ORIGINAL, (1.89L)
Chop veggies and using a large stock pot, saute in oil until tender crisp then transfer to bowl. Scramble fry beef in same pot until browned then add Bovril, stir, and return vegetables to pot. Pour V8 over all and let simmer until veggies are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
