Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
2 cups lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice3 oz medium sized shrimp cooked1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp fresh, grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Rinse lettuce and spin or pat dry, set aside. Cook shrimp until bright pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and let cool, toss with oil, lemon juice and spices. Refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Tear or chop lettuce in bite size pieces. Serve shrimp mixture over lettuce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
