Ingredients
*Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 6 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices Garlic, 5 cloves mincedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash 1/2 medium lemon squeezed
Directions
Pour olive oil in saute pan over medium heat and add garlic. Saute for about 1 minute then add mushrooms and cook about 4 minutes. When mushroom are soft and brown add spinich and saute until wilted. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
