Ingredients
1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 cup Great Value Light Greek Nonfat Yogurt Vanilla1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.5 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 dash Salt2.0 serving Apple, Fuji Large, 3 1/4" in diameter, 1 apple
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into muffin tins prepared with cooking spray Bake at 350 for 25 min.
