1 cup white whole wheat flour1 cup all-purpose flour1 Tablespoon baking powder2/3 cup nonfat dry milk1Tablespoon brown sugar2 eggs6 Tablespoons canola oil2 cups water1/2 cup pecans, chopped finely
Makes 8 (approximately) round waffles
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, and water. Mix until blended, but don't work too hard to get the lumps out. Let stand 5 minutes before cooking.
