Bic's Chicken Salad for 2

Ingredients
1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. dried dill weed1/2 tsp. dried parsley4 cherry tomatoes2 Tbs. Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing4 oz. cooked and cubed skinless chicken breast4 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Make sure chicken is cubed. Add the chicken, onion powder, dill weed, parsley, tomatoes and miracle whip to your Magic Chef Bullet cup. Be sure to use the cross blade. Use the quick pulse technique to combine ingredients until desired consistency.

Makes 2 sandwiches

    I loved this one! I kick up the fiber by adding fresh diced celery. Also, I love mustard, so I dollop that into the mix. To save on carbs I roll it all up in romaine lettuce leaves! This bumps up the folic acid and adds little fiber! Thanks again for the recipe! - 8/4/08
