Flossie's Turkey Vegetable Soup (1 cup serving)

Ingredients
Left over Turkey1 onion4 Potatoes2 carrots1/2 medium turnip1 cup noodles1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes3 - 4 tbsp Chicken Boullion 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Directions
Cover turkey bones with water and cook until meat falls off bones (about 2 hours, checking occasionally so pot does not boil dry). Drain (keep liquid to make soup), and remove meat from bones. Add turkey, liquid, chopped onion and seasonings to a large pot. Bring to boil. Add chopped vegetables and boil for about 10 minutes. Add noodles and boil until noodles are cooked (about 8-10 additional minutes). Add tomatoes and continue to boil for few minutes.
