1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 4 medium Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt 0.25 tsp Paprika 0.25 tsp Onion powder 0.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 1 Serving(s) La Banderira Low calorie Carb counter flour tortillas 1 tortilla per serving
Preheat 12” skillet over medium heat Add in cooking oil, copped onions and cleaned and sliced peppers. Sauté for 4-5 minutes or until onions begin to soften and caramelize. Add in mushrooms and seasonings. Sauté for another 4-5 minutes until mushrooms soften and liquid in pan is mostly rendered off. (Not all liquid will render off and that’s fine). Turn heat off and stir in lime juice. Use a slotted spoon and serve on top of tortillas. Add toppings, and enjoy
