Sugar Free Chocolate Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
4.5 cup Water, tap1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2 cups swerve or Sugar Sub1 tsp Mint Extract1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil water, whisk in sugar, salt & chocolate. Place in fridge to cool down. Add mint extract. Pour into Ice Cream Maker. When soft serve texture eat and/or place in containor to harden.
