Ingredients
7.4 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles 499 grams Ground beef, lean 284 grams Tomato Soup 156 grams Tomato Paste 2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 0.25 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 7.5 oz Trader Joe's Light String Cheese Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese 4 cup Spinach, fresh 228 Grams Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Cook pasta m, layout in bottom of pan 4 of the 8 noodles. Make meat sauce from hamburger, mushrooms, spinach. Spread half of mixture over noodles layer with cottage cheese and egg white. Start another layer with last 4 noodles, the remaining meat sauce and cover with cheese.. add into meat sauce desired spices, garlic, basil, oregano and onion. Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins
