1 oz Feta Cheese 1 tsp Oregano, ground 2 clove Garlic 0.33 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 cup Brown Jasmine Rice, Trader Joe's (uncooked) 0.50 tbsp Better than Boullion Vegetable Base 4 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) 2.25 serving Gardein Beefless ground 3/4 cup (87g) (by STONEANGEL364) 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
Directions
Throw everything except feta into the instant pot; high pressure for 20 minutes; quick release

Serve with crumbled feta, parsley and/or lemon
