Broccoli Quiche Keto

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked .5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) .5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup Cheese Gouda Shredded (by MIGHTYAPHRODITE) .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Blanche broccoli; melt butter in pie dish and add broccoli
Sauté peppers; sauté mushrooms and add to pie dish
Sprinkle with 2 T parmesan and 1 cup gouda
Whisk eggs with heavy cream and pour over all
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika, parsley to taste
Bake 350 for 40 mins
