saute onion, add garlic
add tomatoes, tomato paste and "beef"
cook for 15-20 minutes
add remaining ingredients
preheat oven to 375
grill zucchini for 1 min per side
crumble tofu and mix in herbs
layer zucchini with tofu mixture and sauce 3 layers
sprinkle cheese
bake for 30-40 minutes
