Chicken Masala Salad

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz, cooked1 cup red or green grapes, halved 2 stalks celery, diced1/4 small onion, minced ~ 3 Tbsp2 cloves garlic, minced 3 Tbsp yellow curry powder 1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt1 dash salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ginger root, minced (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger) 4 leaf or head lettuce leafs, washed for wrapping
1. Dice or shred cooked chicken into 1" pieces.
2. In a bowl combine yogurt, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix to combine.
3. Add in chicken, celery and grapes.
4. Serve alone or wrapped in lettuce leaf.
