12 oz Grass-Fed Beef Filet Mignon Steak, sliced thin4 tbsp Potato Starch1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt4 tbsp Organic All-Vegetable Shortening
Heat skillet over medium heat. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the steak until very thin. Season potato starch with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Dredge each steak in seasoned potato starch. Add vegetable shortening to hot skillet. Place one or two steaks in skillet and cook until browned on both sides, flipping once.
