250 grams Cabillaud / Cod (fish) fillet minus bones.200 gram(s) 7% fat Creme Fraiche 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tablesp Dijon Mustard 30 mL Lemon Juice 1 Lemon sliced 1 tbsp chopped Shallots chopped1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. (356° F)
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Cook shallots thinly sliced. Season with salt and pepper, then add the creme fraiche, the mustard and the lemon juice.
In a baking dish, place the fish. add a few slices of lemon on top and spread with the mustard sauce. *
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot, with vegetable of choice. Low-fat Ratatouille is good.
* You can decorate the sauce of this recipe with some prawns if you like but remember to add the calories extra.
