Baked Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
8 oz cooked spaghetti1/2 c egg beaters1/2 cup grated parmesan1 cup ff Cottage Cheese8 oz italian tomato sauce1 c skim mozzarella
Directions
Cook spaghetti
Toss spaghetti with egg beaters and parmesan and pour mixture into 10" sprayed pie plate to form a crust. Spread cottage cheese over crust then top with tomato sauce Bake 30 min @350. Top with mozzarella cheese Bake 5 more min. Cool 5 min cut into wedges

    We ate it with sauce and it was fantastic! I saw a version of this in an old Betty Crocker cookbook but this was better with egg beaters and skim mozzarella cheese. - 11/27/09
