32 oz beyond beef plant-based ground (by HKTENIDIS) 1 cup, grated Onions, raw 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw .25 cup Catsup 2 tbsp Horseradish 2 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 3 tsp Better than Bullion No Beef 2 tbsp Soy Sauce spices as you wish.2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Fry up the onion and carrots, then cool and add it all together (make sure it's cool enough that the eggs don't scramble. Make 2 loaves. I find it's easier to clean up if you put parchment under It (in lieu of oiling the on) Cook it at 350 for about 35 -45 minutes. When it looks cooked it is. For a firm loaf that holds together (and this is hard) let it sit out to cool for 1/2 hour before cutting. I suggest going for a walk or preparing a lovely vegitable
