Ingredients
1 serving 1 cup organic long-grain wild rice 1 serving 1 cup chicken broth 1 serving 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast 1 serving 1/2 pound smoked sausage 1 serving 2 cloves garlic 1 serving 28oz stewed tomatoes 1 serving 3 stalks organic celery 1 serving onion raw red 14g 1 serving 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 serving 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 2 serving 12 oz (1/2 pound) extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 serving 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley 1 serving 2 Tablespoons cannabis infused olive oil 1 serving 1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro 1 serving 1/2 large organic green bellpepper 1 serving 1/2 Tbsp cajun spice mix 1 serving 2 tablespoons decarboxylated cannabis
Directions
1st* Saute onion, green bell pepper, and celery into the cannabis infused olive oil for 3-4 minutes on medium- high heat. Add the garlic and cook one minute more.
2nd* In a large (5-quart) slow cooker/crockpot combine the onion, green bell pepper, celery, and garlic mixture with the chicken, sausage, tomatoes, chicken broth, cajun spice mix, thyme, and oregano.
3rd* Cook on low setting for 5 hours.
4th* Add shrimp and rice, raise heat to the high setting and cook an extra 3o minutes more.
FINALLY* Place chosen toppings atop. (fresh cilantro- fresh parsley- organic mushrooms-cannabis).
