Ingredients:*Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 2 cansMilk, 1%, 1.5 cup Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 oz Onions, raw, 1 small choppedHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced Swiss Cheese, 2 cup, shredded Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Sauerkraut, 1 large can - drained
cook noodles - mix all ingredients together in a 9x12 casserole dish - except add butter and bread crumbs to top of casserole before baking
bake at 350-375 until crumbs are golden brown.
The soup amount I use is 2 cans - and 1 large can of kraut. I usually don't measure when I make this- this is a rough estimate...
