Ingredients
1 tbsp cornstarch3 tbsp cold water 1 cup 1% milk50 g 70% chocolate1/2 tbsp brown sugar pinch cayenne1 tbsp Godiva chocolate liqueur
Directions
Combine cornstarch and cold water in a small glass, set aside.
Heat milk to just below a simmer in a small, non-metallic pot.
Stir in chocolate until melted, then add sugar and cayenne.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Just before serving, stir in liqueur.
