Ingredients
1 whole wheat pita2Tbls. Garlic HummusTomato slices1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Slit Pita on one side and spread Hummus inside. Then, layer tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Wrap in paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy.
