Late Summer Salad

Ingredients
* 1 cup baby spinach* A dash of black pepper* .50 cup carrot strips* .25 cup thinly sliced pears* .50 oz thinly sliced or shaved Parmesan cheese* 3 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Place 1 cup of spinach in bowl and add a dash of black pepper. Add about 1/2 cup of carrot strips, 1/4 cup of thinly sliced pears, 1/2 oz of thinly sliced or shaved Parmesan cheese.

Top with about 3 Tbsp of the vinaigrette dressing of your choice. (I use raspberry pomegranate.)
