3 pounds Ricotta8 eggs or 2 cups egg beaters1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup vanilla or vanilla/almond extract combo
Directions
Beat all ingredients till smooth pour in spring pan or cup cake tins and bake at 350 till gold on top approx 35 mins
