Ingredients
Pumpkin Seeds, .125 cup (remove)Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 3 tbsp (remove)Almonds, .125 cup, slivered (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.2 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 3.5 cup (remove)Honey, 3 tbsp (remove)*Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Cardamon .25 tsp*Coconut Milk, .65 cup (remove)Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, .125 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cook rice in water and salt for about 30 minutes or until pretty soft but not all of the liquid has disappeared.

Add coconut milk, honey, splenda, spices, nuts and cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes more or until you get an almost mushy consistancy.
