Endive and Pear Salad

Ingredients
2 beligian endive1/2 pear1/2 oz blue cheese5-6 pecans, chopped2 tbsp Balsamic vinegardash black pepper and salt1 clove garlic, chopped1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Cut endive in quarters lengthwise. Arrange one head on each salad plate. Slice pear and place on top of endive. Top with blue cheese and pecans.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Douse over each salad.
