Sausage Rolls

1 lb pork sausage1 pkg pepperidge farm puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)1 onion, finely chopped1 cup of bread crumbs
Cut both pastry sheets in half for 4 portions.
Mix sausage, onion and bread crumbs in a bowl. Divide the mixture into quarters and form into logs.
Place each log on a half-sheet of puff pastry and roll up. Can cut in half now if desired. Seal the edges with a little water or egg white. Use a fork or knife to make some holes for ventilation in each roll.
Bake at 400 for about 25-30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
