Italian Style Baked Porkchops

Ingredients
4 Pork Tenderloin, 4 oz approx 1/4 inch1 cup onion, chopped1 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 can Italian Style diced tomatoesSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Season both sides of pork chop with salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Layer first with chopped onions, then with chopped bell pepper then with the Italian style canned tomatoes. Bake uncovered for 1 and 1/2 hours. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
