Vegetarian "Meat" Loaf

16 oz cottage cheese (I use 2% fat content)4 egg whites1.5 cups of whole great flake cereal1 cup diced walnuts.25 cup diced onion1 packet onion soup/dip mix (I use Fantastic brand - it's natural)2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together, put in loaf pan, bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
