Easy One Pot Chicken Chili

2 tbsp olive oil1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes.1 small onion, coarsely chopped1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)1/2 cup chicken broth1 can (14.5 oz) red kidney beans, undrained1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes1 tbsp ground chili powder1-1/2 tsp garlic salt1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp oregano or cilantro leaves
1. Heat oil in a dutch oven or large skillet/saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, & bell pepper; saute 8-10 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.
