Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread (I chose arnold bakery light 100% whole wheat 40 calorie bread)2 slices muenster cheese1 plum tomato, sliced in small rounds2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Directions
put all ingredients between the two slices of bread. eat and enjoy!
this can also be made as two melt open face sandwiches sprinkled with a little oregano for flavor instead of mustard - yummy!!
