8" flour tortilla (warmed)1 egg + 1 eggwhite1 tbsp salsa1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream0.5 oz low fat cheddar cheese
Scramble the egg in a frying pan with salt and pepper to taste. When egg is cooked shut off the heat, gather the egg into one pile and put cheese on top, cover and let the cheese melt. Place the egg in center of the tortilla, top with the sour cream and salsa. Wrap it up in the tortilla by folding bottom up first then the sides in, leaving the top open.
