Quick Honey-Garlic Pot Roast

One 17 oz. package refrigerated cooked beef roast au jus or beef pot roast with juices2 tbsp honey1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 to 1 1/2 tsp bottled roasted minced garlic1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 cups packaged peeled baby carrots, halved lengthwise12 oz tiny new potatoes, halved1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
1.) Remove meat from package, reserving juices. In a medium bowl combine reserved juices, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Place meat in a large nonstick skillet. Arrange carrot, potato, and onion around meat. Pour honey mixture over meat and vegetables.
2.) Bring Mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is heated through.
3.) Transfer meat and vegetables to a serving platter. Spoon sauce over meat and vegetables.
