Hummus, Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic

2 cans chick peas2/3 cup tahini sauce1/2 cup each lemon juic and water2 tbsp exta-virgin olive oil1 1/2 tsp cumin - optional1/2 tsp salt8 cloves garlic crushed (roast first prior to crushing)1 red pepper (cubed and roasted)
Roast red pepper and whole garlic cloves in 350 oven for 5 minutes.
In food processor, or blender, blend together chick peas, tahini, garlic, roasted red pepper, lemon juice, water, oil and spices. Process until smooth. Spoon into shallow serving dish. (about 8" square). Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Serve with whole wheat pita triangles.
