Red bell pepper hummus

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, drained1 c. red bell peppers (can be from jar)4 cloves garlic1 T. paprika1 lemon, juiced4 T. tahiniSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Allow to set in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

    I made a slightly lighter version by omitting the tahini. Different texture, but still great. I also added cumin and cayenne pepper. So easy and yummy, would definitely make again! - 9/8/10
