Ingredients
* Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Garlic, 2 clove * *Corn Oil, 0.5 cup * Jalapeno Peppers, 5 pepper * Salt, 2 tbsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed * Parsley, 1 cup * *Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti 1/8 box 2oz, 8 serving * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
boil spaghetti in water for 5 minutes.
add ingredients and mix when spaghetti is flexible.

    I like ur recipe of spaghetti, sound delicious, yet I dont see any cut off for fats! ( except the chicken breast with out skin)
